Returns Policy
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, still sealed and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where an item arrives damaged or an incorrect product has been received.
Shipping
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days and shipped using a tracked courier service. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Pre-Order Products
Pre-order products are dispatched after their official release date, as soon as stock becomes available at our warehouse. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been prepared and handed over to the courier.

Orders within Australia are prepared and dispatched from our Australian fulfilment location.
How long does a refund take?
Once a refund has been approved, it will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
The time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
How does a pre-order work?
A pre-order allows you to purchase a product before its official release date. Payment is made at the time of purchase. Once the product is released and arrives at our Australian warehouse, pre-orders are normally prepared and dispatched within approximately 2–5 business days.
Are the products authentic and sealed?
Yes. All products sold through our store are authentic, brand new and factory sealed unless otherwise clearly stated on the product page.
Is pre-order availability guaranteed?
Products listed as available for pre-order are allocated based on confirmed orders. Once your order has been successfully placed, your stock is reserved and will be prepared for dispatch as soon as the product becomes available at our warehouse.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes. You can request to cancel or modify your order as long as it has not yet been dispatched.
